What are your turn times?
Jobs submitted before 12 p.m. Eastern time zone on a business day:
- For embroidery & artwork Jobs submitted before 12 p.m, turnaround time would be the same day.
- For Edit Files (Revision Files) and Rush File, turnaround time would be 1 to 3 Hours.
- For all Simple Design and Artwork , turnaround time would be 1 to 2 hour.
- For Regular jobs, the delivery would be on next business day.
How do I send my jobs?

What quality controls have you adopted?
All files are completed by artists/digitizers and quality controlled by the Quality Assurance team. Furthermore, these are random sampled by the Manager. For customers who plan to send more than 200 jobs a month, same team would be assigned.

I am a high-volume, more than 10 jobs per day customer. Do you offer special pricing?
Yes. Prospective customers who plan on sending more than 200 jobs a month qualify for special pricing.
When do I get the invoice?
You could choose daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoice options.
What payment options do you provide for payment of invoice?
Paypal and Wire Transfer.

Customer's changes are charged at 50% the job rate.

How will I get my orders back?
You will be notified via e-mail that your job had been completed and sent the way it was received. Files could be sent back to the customer through e-mail attachment, FTP, or through your server.
